• Tariff varies with duration of stay and is per apartment for 1 or 2
• occupants
• A fold-a-bed for an extra person is available at an extra $40 per week
• Rental includes gas, electricity and water consumption
• A deposit of $200 is required to secure your booking
• A credit card number is required as a security bond
• Check-in time is 3pm, this may be altered by arrangement
• Check-out time is 10am, this may be altered by arrangement
• Limited under-cover parking is available at $21 per week or street
• parking is available
• Visitors should book well in advance for events-related accommodation,
• or if they plan to be in the city during major events |
